FAQ’s

  • Ei360 accepts check, credit or a purchase order provided from the school in an increment of three payments. One upon start of the Cycle implementation, one in August, and every school will have access to the next August.

  • The contract is with who purchases the services, there are times when the principal would like to serve teachers on their staff and then there are other times when the district adopts the program for multiple schools.

  • According to State and federal laws that safeguard children and their families, as long as the video does not focus on any particular student (classroom groups, hallway shots) and is in general in nature. Parent/guardian consent shall not be required when a videotape will not leave the school district and is to be viewed only by staff responsible in that setting. This falls into the code of “directory data”

  • Every recording has the consent of the teacher and administrator. Teachers must agree to the terms to be video recorded and debrief visually.

  • Our platform consists of growth charts overtime so administrators can spot trends and see performance data in visualizations. Ei360 can link to learning targets and align feedback to specific leveled indicators. We capture growth using the specific districts’ frameworks. Last, monthly our Ei360 Directors will update leaders on trends, growths, and individual teacher reports.

  • In some districts yes, it may require Ei360 to be a vendor but the vendor packet information can be completed once we agree on district or school services.

  • We will ensure the footage will be deleted and each school/district will receive written knowledge of the footage being deleted.

Administration and Principal Level Q&A

    1. The timeline for implementation is two weeks after the contract is signed or two weeks after the date on the contract. It will take approximately two more weeks to install the camera footage and after this portion is in place, our team will come to visit your team for:

    2. Three-day visit to ensure the camera equipment is working properly, engage in a school/ and or classroom walk, and to meet the teachers individually to identify goals, and to conduct an hour overview of the program with the teachers, administration, and IT team.

    1. The support that Principals will receive are a principal handout on how to support teachers while receiving support from our coaching staff this year.

    2. Principals will also receive 24/48 call back having a direct line to the executive director of Ei360.

    1. Principals and administrators will have full access to all videos and monthly notes on goals for the month.

    2. Principals will NOT have access to personal conversations provided after the debrief of a lesson, the planning of a lesson, or teacher conversations that are teacher/coach related.

  • At Ei360 we believe that this company is to support educators in their growth and if this data is used to evaluate teachers it will not be effective in teacher growth. With that said, the content that you gather from the video and notes can be used for whatever the school needs. All video content can be used for administrative purposes.

  • Your designated Assistant Principal, Coordinator, Coach, IT personnel or lead teacher will help with schedules, face-to-face visits, and school celebrations. , and if you have an IT person, or a building coach that can monitor as well.

  • Yes, you can access the classroom from your phone, we will ONLY give access to teachers and administrators.

  • Yes! there are professional developments included in the coaching cycles and the face-to-face professional development. Also, in our online platform teachers will have access to earn extra professional growth points.

  • Please have your teacher reach out to their coach directly, All teachers have full access to their coach. our coaches are here to respond to the teacher in times of need within 24/48 hours.

Teacher level support Q & A

  • There will always be growth, as teachers... when we know more we grow. As teacher we are always learning and growing with new knowledge. Our research shows us that beginning teachers are hungry for support in the classroom and ongoing learning.

  • The only person that will see your video is the principal and your coach. This is how Ei360 shows growth from one lesson to the next. If you do not want to share your video with the coach then you have the option of not sharing it and you can re-record it during another time.

  • Teacher will continue with their individual planning but will be guided specifically on individual lessons. Each coach will have the curriculum guide in their position when helping to plan the next lesson.

  • Per signed agreement, we are a supportive tool that works on student data. We are coaches that will constantly provide best practices for you and allow you to use these best practices in your classroom.

  • We measure success by student growth and teacher changes. Our goal is to ensure you are constantly questioning (How am I supporting student growth, and what am I doing in this lesson that will ensure that this is happening)

  • Online bonding takes time, and if by the third month you are not able to work with your coach then please file a report with the Executive director so we can look into the situation and make that change for you.

  • We cannot guarantee job security, we are a support system that helps teacher grow while on the job learning.
